So I will be the first to admit that I do not completely understand cryptocurrency but I do understand that I need to start trying to figure it out. Last year I decided to invest $1K in bitcoin and Ethereum since they are the most basic versions. I completely treated it like gambling since I did not understand what any of it meant. To my complete surprise later in the year my balance was at about $2.1K and I had barely even remembered that I had invested in it in the first place. However to be completely honest, currently they are all back to about $1K because they have all been falling since the beginning of the year. Normally with the stock market, that would be a great time to invest since they are down.
(Disclamer: Do not invest with all your savings or for your retirement. I think it is smarter right now to try it out to start learning about it)
